Cancel the order

The request will be canceled in the following cases

If the order is not delivered or shipped to you.

If the cancellation is made after shipping or sending the order, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

We reserve the full right to match the time your order was shipped with the time you sent the cancellation request.

If we cannot provide/deliver the requested product/service within a reasonable period of time, which is (20) working days from the day of order confirmation
